Dune Space

This interpretative space for the dune ecosystem boasts a privileged setting right next to the sea and dunes and close to the seafront promenade of Castelldefels, one of the first towns to apply preventive measures to recover this ecosystem, now taking a step further with the creation of this visitor centre.
 
A large undulating panel and central table are used to display all the content of the centre, which highlights the value of this fragile, unique ecosystem. An audiovisual, interactive elements, models, simulations, recreations and a play area for children are just some of the resources developed for this centre.
 
Transversal was in charge of the whole museographic project, from creating the content and the graphic and interior design to producing all the museography, audiovisual and interactive resources.
