Basic lines for the tourism positioning of a remarkable building by Puig i Cadafalch on the Avenida Diagonal in Barcelona
Grup Transversal was asked to carry out the strategic plan for the Casa de les Punxes. Located on Avenida Diagonal in Barcelona, this building was designed by the moderniste architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch and owned by the Terrades family.
The property is currently rented out as offices and there is the intention to reconvert one of the floors into visitable area, as well as provide a shop-cafeteria and turn the roof terrace into a visitable area and venue for corporate events.
In the plan, Transversal defines the basic lines for the new facility's tourism positioning, as well as its museographic content and a feasibility plan including management and commercial aspects.
