A new stage in managing and promoting Súria's tourism and culture
Grup Transversal has begun to manage and promote tourism and culture in Súria. Our plan to boost this area contains new activities and proposals for the different sites and facilities with the aim of encouraging more visitors and raising the profile of its cultural heritage. The new contract includes management of the facilities located in the old town or "Poble Vell", such as the Tourist Office, the Cal Balaguer del Porxo venue and the interpretation centres for the Castle and the Mining Museum, among others.
In fact, Súria is an old client of ours as, 20 years ago, we drew up a master plan to implement a number of actions, including the Medieval Crafts Fair which continues to this very day. At that time we laid the foundations that are still in place and now we're embarking on a new stage for this medieval town, with a new positioning strategy and a review of its tourism resources.
