We are looking for a person to join as Content and Activities Coordinator for the new Fantàstix project by Super3, a new family and leisure space in Barcelona. You will be part of a newly created project, unique in Catalonia, with the ambition of becoming a reference in family activities.
 

Do you enjoy interacting with people and helping them discover new places? We're looking for people who are keen to provide close, personalised attention. People with strong communication skills, resourcefulness and sensitivity to convey the value and uniqueness of our venues, so that every visitor leaves with a memorable experience.

Your duties will be:

• Welcoming visitors and providing them with the necessary information to enjoy the experience.
• Monitoring the various areas and ensuring the visit runs smoothly.
• Attending to and helping visitors during the experience to resolve any queries and ensure excellent service.
• Providing support for operational and logistical tasks related to the daily running of the venue.

We are looking for you
We are looking for a waiter/waitress to join our team at the Fantàstix cafeteria, a unique space with a family-friendly, welcoming and playful atmosphere, located in Barcelona. The space is designed for families and a diverse audience, offering a wide range of products and quality coffee.

What will you do?
• Provide friendly, approachable and professional customer service.
• Take orders and serve drinks and cafeteria products (coffee, teas, soft drinks, sweets, snacks, etc.).
• Prepare coffees and basic beverages.
• Prepare basic food items (sandwiches, salads, pastries).

What are we looking for in you?
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in similar roles.
• Computer skills: intermediate level.
• Catalan (native, bilingual or minimum C1 level).
• Spanish (native, bilingual or minimum C1 level).

We're looking for people like you, committed to each visitor's experience and satisfaction, passionate about showcasing the uniqueness of our venues, resourceful and able to communicate empathetically.

Your duties will be:

• Carrying out guided tours tailored to different types of audiences (adults, schoolchildren, families, etc.) using appropriate language and the most suitable actions and activities.

• Welcoming visitors and providing the necessary information to carry out the activity.

• Leading the activities, encouraging visitor participation.
