It's a multidisciplinary, innovative team made up of scriptwriters, engineers, museologists, designers and others, combining strategic thinking and artistic sensibility with advanced technologies.
MANAGEMENT AREA
Management makes it possible for experiences to reach the public. It administers and markets cultural and tourist facilities throughout the region, from museums to brand centres. It's a dynamic team that promotes activities and keeps the spirit of each venue alive, where everyone can grow, propose ideas and leave their mark on the project they lead.

Information Officer
BARCELONA
Do you enjoy interacting with people and helping them discover new places? We're looking for people who are keen to provide close, personalised attention. People with strong communication skills, resourcefulness and sensitivity to convey the value and uniqueness of our venues, so that every visitor leaves with a memorable experience.
Your duties will be:

Welcoming visitors and providing them with the necessary information to enjoy the experience.

Monitoring the various areas and ensuring the visit runs smoothly.

Attending to and helping visitors during the experience to resolve any queries and ensure excellent service.

Providing support for operational and logistical tasks related to the daily running of the venue.
Tourist Guide

We're looking for people like you, committed to each visitor's experience and satisfaction, passionate about showcasing the uniqueness of our venues, resourceful and able to communicate empathetically.
Your duties will be:

Carrying out guided tours tailored to different types of audiences (adults, schoolchildren, families, etc.) using appropriate language and the most suitable actions and activities.
