Professional guides for meetings and congresses

Grup Transversal was in charge of designing and producing several guides to revitalise business tourism in the county of Baix Llobregat. These are service publications aimed at people, organisations and institutions organising congresses, including locations, catering services and complementary activities, among other information. Grup Transversal was in charge of producing these publications: gathering and editing content (in Catalan, Spanish and English), as well as design and layout, both for the general tourism information part and the files for the facilities and companies appearing in the guides.

Two publications were produced:

• Professional guide for meetings. Published in three languages, this is useful for those companies or organisations arranging conventions, congresses or any kind of meeting in the Baix Llobregat region. It includes detailed information on local companies that provide services in areas such as gastronomy, accommodation, leisure activities, etc. and is complemented with a description of the main tourist attractions in the Baix Llobregat.
• "After meeting" guide for congress participants. This is a complementary tool, also published in three languages, whose aim is to provide information on leisure and/or teambuilding activities in the area which, given its proximity to the city of Barcelona, its communication network and range of activities on offer, is considered to be a good complement to the resources offered by the capital.
