Manresa already had a Strategic Plan for Tourism defining the broad lines to be followed in this area. This involved constructing a new image, designed from a tourism point of view, as the communication carried out until then had been unfocused and erratic.
Transversal established the criteria to start a new promotion policy for Manresa based on a coherent communicative plan: taking into account the message to be conveyed, the targets and the most suitable media to achieve them. Along these lines, and as a first step, it defined a corporate image, communication elements (posters, leaflets and guides) and established the basic guidelines to be taken into account for the city's future tourist signs.
