Consultancy work on tourism

After drawing up the Strategic Plan for Tourism, Transversal undertook to carry out the subsequent task of ensuring its objectives were met. To this end, the company must be heavily involved in the project it has designed and advise on the Council's tourism policy and management.

Transversal was responsible for overall advice, from broad themes to specific details. The consultancy work consisted of a global analysis of the work carried out by the Council and how well it complied with the Strategic Plan, advice for the municipal tourism expert and guidance and support on specific issues related to tourism.
