Management of the educational services for the County Museum of the Bages

Commissioned by Manresa Council, Transversal designed and produced a series of eminently practical activities for the educational service of the Bages County Museum aimed at learning through groupwork and deductive reasoning.

Each of the activities and workshops were designed for a specific educational cycle so that all the school years were covered, from 5 years of age up to baccalaureate and vocational training. All the activities were scripted and created by Transversal, which also provided the guides and monitors. These activities were:
•    The Museum's treasures. Visit.
•    Let's be archaeologists. Workshop.
•    Baroque altarpieces. Workshop.
•    The sculptural legacy of Baroque Manresa. Visit.

Transversal also created Role Play, fun activities in which participants took on a role in a game that helped them to discover different aspects of medieval culture, of the Baroque, of museums, etc. One of the most popular was "The mystery of the Rose. Murder at the Museum", in which pupils became detectives.
