Transversal coordinates the exhibition’s route through Paris, Barcelona and Denmark
Guitar on/off is a project launched through an international collaboration between the Musée de la Musique in Paris (France), the Museu de la Música in Barcelona and Ragnarock (Roskilde Museum of Pop, Rock and Youth Culture) in Denmark.
The exhibition takes the form of a large-scale guitar (20 metres long) which becomes both the container and content of the exhibition. Through a multimedia experience and different museographic resources, visitors rediscover this ever-popular instrument.
Grup Transversal has carried out the installation: the assembly, dismantling, packing, transport and coordination of the exhibition’s journey between the venues in Paris, Barcelona and Denmark.
