Management and planning for one of Manresa's main centres to raise awareness of culture

For years, the Plana de l’Om auditorium in Manresa was the headquarters of the Caixa Manresa Foundation and the site where a social and cultural project for the local community had been carried out. It was a central and very busy centre, one of the main places in the city to promote culture, as well as a venue for a wide range of activities organised by diverse organisations, associations and groups. The facility included an exhibition hall and auditorium, a multi-purpose space in which conferences and other activities were held in the city.

Since 1998, Grup Transversal has been responsible for the educational service linked to the various exhibitions, some of which were also produced by the company. Since 2005, it has also been responsible for managing the venue and is jointly responsible for promoting it.

Venue management included customer services, managing the different activities, creating and implementing workshops and educational activities, mainly aimed at schools, supervision and attending visitors in the exhibition hall and supporting promotional and communication tasks.
